Question stomach ache after drinking water

I notice I get stomach aches after I drink more that a cup or two of water at a time. Often it makes me feel very hungry, even at times I shouldn't be hungry.

Does this happen to anyone else? What is the remedy?

It does the same to me!! Everyone says it's supposed to make you feel full but it really does make me hungry and no one seems to believe me. I'm glad you posted this because I would like to see the responses.

I've never quite got that drinking water makes one feel full because it doesn't hang around in the stomach for anywhere near long enough to make any difference to me beyond about 20 minutes. Mind you, I drink tons of water, and can't say it makes me feel hungry either.

Try sipping your water over a longer period of time, rather than downing large amounts at once. This should help eliminate the stomach ache, especially if you drink your water very cold.
