Default Thanks guys!

I just wanted to say thanks for the tip to eat more, I have been eating more for the last few days (since you mentioned it... 3-4 days ago) and I have even been eating like a little pig (not too much, small amounts) but of bad stuff. Like last night I had chinease!! anyway, I just weighed myself and I am down 2 pounds since I started eating more calories (could even be more cuz I ate dinner at like 10 last night, haha)! And that is awesome because I was having a hard time losing it!

So thanks for the tip!

205.6!

.6 more of a pound and I have lost 10 pounds!

So glad it is working for you!!!

My doctor advised me the same thing... if I went too low in calories it would kick down my metabolism and I could eat quite a bit more and lose the same amount of weight. I tried it and she is RIGHT; it is working and I am eating VERY well and not hungry! Except LOL I doubt if "eating like a little pig of bad stuff" is going to work very long. But congratulations on your weight loss!! Glad you got it jump started again!!

chinese food isn't terrible depending on what you order. (and in any case, authentic chinese food isn't like the take out- its mostly vegetarian and steamed or boiled- not stir-fry!)
