April Points Challenge
We haven't had this one since December, i know a few of you wanted to get it back, so here it is, in all it's glory!
Here's how the Points Challenge (designed by Sandi of the 100 lb. Club) works: Every day, starting April 1st and going until April 31st, you have the chance to earn 4 points doing the things we all know help with weight loss: food, exercise, and water. You get 2 points for following your own personal plan for food, 1 point for getting in your planned exercise, and 1 point for drinking the amount of water you've set as your goal. That means that a total of 124 points are possible for the month of April.
Just post your points for each day as you go along, you can add to a previous post by editing or just post a new reply.
Example: (I hope you don't mind me using you, Lockitup, as an example)
1 point for exercise corrilating w/ April fitness challege =
1 point for under 1500 calories =
1 point for recording ALL food intake & cals, even on bad days =
1 point for 75+ oz of water =
