Default Question about SBD

i have been doing SBD phase 1 and i find that i am not really hungry once my body adjusts, but i fear i am not eating enough. But how do i eat more if i am not hungry. check out my food intake for today for example. Is that enough food?

breakfast: string cheese
Lunch: lots of broccoli w/ sprinkled parmesean cheese and between 3oz of grilled pork that has been seasoned in olive oil
snack 1: small salad lettuce, tomatoes, a little shredded cheddar cheese
snack 2: celery sticks with natural peanut butter
dinner: very small filet 3 oz and veggies sprinkled w/ parm cheese.

Thanks!

Have you tried running your foods through www.fitday.com to check the calories? It doesn't look like enough food to me. How long have you been on Phase I? If you stay on it too long, you can affect your metabolism and that is not "a good thing"!

I wasn't hungry for close to two weeks when I started SBD. My body adjusted eventually and I regained my appetite. It is normal afaik. I still lost weight for the 2 weeks as well.
