Question What are your goals? What progress have you made?

How much weight are you hoping to lose on NS?
How much have you lost so far?

anyone brave enough - it would be awesome to hear your stats (height, starting weight and weightloss per week if you were up to sharing!) just curious what to expect!

THANKS!

I'm hoping to lose about 20 lbs. I hope to do about 10 each month (for 2 months) or 2.5 a week. Is that realistic?

As you can see I have a long way to go, I weigh in tmrw. My clothes are literally hanging on me, it'll be 3 weeks tmrw. I may have to buy some clothes for the interim (oh, darn!

Thus far I love the program, it's so easy. My only problem is that I'm not much of a veggie/salad lover. When I tried SB I got burned out on salads. Now I almost gag when I see romaine or broccoli.

So far NS has been a life saver for me, I've never stuck with a program this long!

Here's to sticking with it!

have a great day everyone! almost Friday.

My short term goal is to lose 30 lbs. - Long term goal is to lose 50 lbs. but I'm already reconsidering that and may up it to 65 lbs. Started 1/28 and have lost about 15 lbs. Been stuck for about 2 weeks (one I spent with my sister and no we weren't good all the time). I'm sure the scale will start moving soon.

I want to lose 60lbs. I just started 2 weeks ago. Have lost 9lbs so far. I think this will work great, it is so easy to follow, except for drinking all that water. LOL Good luck, I know we can all do it!!!!

Hey all

I actually started NS on 1/30 & the first week I was down 7lbs. I actually haven't been eating alot of their foods the last couple of weeks because I had a stomach virus & now I have the flu so I don't have much of an appetite. I definately know that the way I see & eat foods is totally different. I feel full quicker & I eat better foods. My goal is to lose 47lbs & I've already lost 20lbs. My clothes are literally falling off me, it's kind of embarressing specially at work when I'm constantly pulling up my pants. I'm almost 1/2 way to my goal which I'd like to reach by my 30th b-day in Nov. I know I can do it. I'm hoping to get better by this weekend so I can get back to my normal routine on monday.

Well for me, the scale is slow now, after the intial 12 pounds, but inches are coming off and that makes me VERY happy even if the scale is the devil I have been excersing alot so I am sure building that muscle has alot to do with the scale issue. Overall, I am pleased and can say that I really do feel better on this plan than other diets I have tried.

I started Nutrisystem on January 3, 2006, I am just trying to take it slow. It works wonderfully.
