Talking Woohoo I did it! I lost 100 lbs

This morning I weighed myself and the scale said 172. I knew it was coming but I still can't believe it!

I know I rarely post but I'm very thankful for this board. I found you guys 16 months ago when I hit my bottom. I couldn't carry on the way I was. I just had to change. This board has taught me so much. One big thing I had to learn was that it was ok to mess up. All that was needed was to get back on plan and keep going. I've gone from getting exausted from a simple shower to doing 45 min on an elliptical easily.

Thanks!

That is awesome! You inspire me - totally! If somebody with 11 children can turn their life around then anybody can! You have taken away all the excuses.

You have a beautiful family too, I might add!

Wow - 100 pounds. That is fantastic! How many of your younger kids put together does that add up to?
