Default Looking for software that will…

I really don’t like keeping a physical journal but would like to start keeping track of what I eat. At the same time, I don’t want software that I have to continually add each individual ingredient or food either. So I’m looking for software that will allow me to save entire meals and then log each meal when I need it. Is there something out there like this?

DietPower lets you do that. You can create a "recipe" for a meal and save it in your personalized dictionary for easy access.

DietPower runs about $50, and it's wonderful. There are all sorts of charts and graphs and things you can track.

I'm going to Google that right now. Thanks Miss Elisha!
