If you like WATP, you should give this one a try. It's pretty fun. It combines boxing moves with walking and it reminds me a little of TaeBo.

I love this dvd. I also have the other one...circuit walk, I think it's called. I really like him and Petra Kolber together. And I love the fact that there are overweight people and people who look like real people!

I just tried the circuit walk the other day. It's a little more intense than Walk & Box. Lunges, squats and other fun stuff are added in. I really like these DVDs!!!
Plus, I like Petra too. She's so upbeat and quirky!

I think these have become my favorite dvds to turn to, when I can't get to the gym. I wish he would put out more.

Yes, I have the 4 pck of Walk It Off with George + Circuit Walk. They are pretty good workouts, and I love George however, I think Leslie Sansone's WATP is more intense.
