Does anyone use Melaleuca products to aid in their weight loss? What do you use and why?

One of the Dr's that I used to work with used one of their bars before she exercies, and claimed that it gave her more energy, and she felt like she was wroking out harder. I tried it and did not feel any different. Good luck!!!
