Default I Just Fit Into A Size 4 Skirt!

Okay, so it was way higher than it's supposed to fit (supposed to sit low on your hips...) but that's not the point. The point is, that it's a size FOUR, and as of a month ago I wouldn't have been able to zip it up if I had a few ribs and my entire pelvic bone removed.

The weird thing is, I haven't seen numbers move much on the scale. I've done SB off and on...mostly off until about a week ago...and worked out like crazy. I have numerically only lost 3 or 4 pounds in the last couple months, yet the skirt suddenly fits...

And if anyone is in a rut with SB, I took a few weeks off and now it's working like magic again.

Sorry I'm rambling a bit, but this has just put me in a spectacular mood.

CA85!

That's great work!!!
The more you work out and create muscle while burning away fat, the smaller you'll get. Muscle is much smaller than fat (check out the picture posted everywhere on 3FC...I think it's stickied at the top of the exercise forum), and so you will become tinier as you continue working out.

I love hearing that some people get to goal and then lose several more dress sizes (while remaining the same weight) as they continue working out. Just shows that our journey to health never ends and there are still rewards waiting for us after reaching goal!
