Craving Italian without the calories, I've been making some tasty tomatoes with a can of stewed tomatoes (I prefer whole), adding some pizza herb mix (basil or Italian seasoning mix would be good, too), a half tsp of Splenda and warming up in the microwave. Be careful not to get tomatoes that have sugar or corn syrup already added. I didn't even think I liked stewed tomatoes but these aren't half bad!
