Hi ladies, I couldn't wait to post tonight. I weighed in this morning and lost 4 pounds!!!! Last week I had a slight gain of .8 of a pound. I have eaten more in the past week and exercised less. I am in total shock. I don't take any meds for PCOS, the metformin mixes with my BiPolar meds and the counter-act each other so I have to choose which one to take. I am also doing Weight Watchers and watching what carbs I do take in. I am chosing whole wheats instead of white. I have completely cut caffeine out. That has been sooooooo hard.
