On the Fitday PC version, can you see your sodium levels at a glance like you can the calories, fat, carbs, etc, or can you only see it on the reports?

Here is what I see on Fitday Web:

no I dont believe there is a place for a sodium column. Go up to the view button on the tool bar and click on choose columns, there is all of your choices. none for sodium. what a shame!

Yes, you can easily see sodium totals. When you look at your Food Log, look under the View menue (top toolbar) and click on Day Summary. It will open a window at the bottom of the screen. Click on the tab called Nutrition. That will show you your total nutrition for the day (including sodiu,).

If you want to see the sodium (or any other nutrition fact) for a particular food you've eaten today, look under View on the top toolbar again. Click on Food Details to display another window at the bottom of the screen. Then click on the particular food you're interested in learning more about and you'll see exactly what's in there.
