I'm not sure I really understand what dumping is. I can't eat boiled eggs, bread, lettuce, or pasta. I throw it up immediately. After that I feel fine again. Is that dumping? I've never had any of the other symtoms. Of course I'm thinking it's probably a good thing I can't eat bread since I love it!! LOL Makes me sick sometimes if I just look at it.
there's a difference between 'pouch filling issues' and dumping. 'pouch filling issues' refer to things that get stuck or that just don't sit right [and i can't explain it other than that]. bread is hard to deal with - it forms a tight little ball and just sits there!!! same thing with pasta.
but dumping refers to the entry of too much sugar/carbs or fat into the intestines - in other words, once that stuff leaves the pouch, there's a physiological reaction as the body tries to deal with this stuff - to digest it.
there is NOTHING that feels worse than this. not even if you've had food be stuck for an hour or more.
