Well, I just completed my first session on my recumbant bike with a strap keeping that paralized foot in the pedal. Not too bad. I only did three minutes but I figure that is a start.

Food wise, I was kinda bad. For breakfast I had a slice of homemade wheat bread and butter. For lunch I had a hamburger pattie with mustard and onions and DEEP FRIED POTATO PUFFS-only two.

R needs the printer and computer---got to run!

Food.
Peanut Butter toast (one piece, light whole wheat bread as always)
Milk
Turkey sandwich
Apple
Small bowl of chili (with very little hamburger)

Whoo. I need to exercise. I haven't done much of that lately.
