Hey all,

This is thread is for us 20 year olds who think it's time to start getting fit after all these years! After all, this is supposed to be the best time of our lives and our weight, of all things, shouldn't be hindering us from achieving our dreams!!

I know that some of you may be busy, or may have had a bad week. But consistency and accountability are the key. Weigh in and we will monitor your weight. So what if you have a bad week , make up for it in the next one! Had a good week! PERFECT , keep on going!

I'll start with a weigh in of 205.4, a GREAT week for me!

Still the same. Sigh. I need to stop telling myself that a little fast food won't hurt...it's KILLING ME ha. Only 2 weeks until I close on my house and eating out will no longer be an option!

I did walk a little over a mile at lunch today. So atleast I got some movement in for the day. I may attempt my pilates for dummies tape later tonight.

Hey Chubbs,

Well now you know that it is hindering you from being the best you can be. Here's how I think about it: McDonald's is out there to make us gain weight.

They don't care if we buy their product or not, they're making millions, so they can add as much fat and oil and grease as they want. Those skinny minnies can eat as much as they want, but until we get to that point, we have to forgoe it!

THEN when you get to your goal weight, have those fries, and monitor your weight!

But good jub with retaining your weight!

Where are the rest of you ladies?!?!

Actually my downfall was Sonic Cheese Tator Tots! I've noticed that when I'm not eating a ton of carbs I have no real use for cheese.

i'm down to 190.5 but the scale seems to not be in favor of moving over the past few days...hoping this wont last for long...

anyone else start to notice the reappearance of long lost bones as they lose weight? first it was the collar bone, then the hip bone, then the ribs.....love that...
