Alright guys! The past two weeks I have fallen so hard off the diet wagon I've bounced!!! I will not regale you with stories of how I cheated on my diet (otherwise known as "food porn"). I am actually feeling nasty--I've eaten too much junk food and I can't wait to eat healthy again. This has made me realize that i do feel better when I stick to the healthy stuff. Plus, I have the whole week off from school and work because of Spring Break (I work on campus). I can't wait to work out at the gym. Being off diet isn't the worst thing in the world, but not getting back on is, so I'm ready to give it another try. Wish me luck!!!

I know exactly how you feel. I've been doing that for myself for the past few weeks. So, I wish you luck!!! I am still struggling to get back on the wagon, even though I am not really eating any junks lately.

Thanks Lena! I just got back from walking 2 miles, and no one had to chase me with a gun to get me to do it (I have motivation problems, lol)

Ah yes, I just got back from spring break and the scale says I gained 10 pounds while I was away!! And I feel absolutely gross-- bloated, heavy, weak. Although I'm sure it can't all be real weight, it's incredibly depressing and I am with you: we need to climb back on that wagon!
