Default Diet Gingerale

For diet sodas like Gingerale and stuff, it says "0. 0. 0. 0." for all the stats but in the ingredients "Citric Acid" is 3rd. Is this okay? I know lemon and lime juices are okay so I assumed the "citric acid" used in diet sodas would be okay for a drink with meals (not to count as water, but for a drink anyway).

Anyone know?

It's fine gals.. SB does note that we should limit caffeinated beverages to 2 a day..so opt for a decaf type if you can
