New to diet
I have tried so many, many, many, diets in the past and they have all failed. I really want to try a low carb diet because from looking what I eat during the day, its pretty much all carbs. I am a vegan but I am giving myself two weeks off to switch to a low carb vegetarian diet to see if I lose weight. If I dont, then back on to the vegan lifestlye. Both my parents did the Atkins before and lost a lot of weight.I am really praying this works for me because I am so sick of yo-yo dieting. If anyone can give me any advice, please do! Thank you!!
