Red face i'm new too!
where to start?! well, i'm 24 and have been overweight on & off since my junior year in high school. i managed to get back to my goal weight about 4 years ago (which was 135-140lbs) but i have since gained it all back. i finally made the decision to stop making excuses for myself & do something about my weight! i joined Weight Watchers, & Curves, and i'm hoping i can find some support here also to help me out when i'm not having a great week, or even when i am! well, that's all for now! i just wanted to stop in & introduce myself. i'm looking forward to seeing you all on these boards! have a great night!

Welcome!! I'm also 24 and finally decided to stop making excuses. Next year my resolution will not be to lose weight.
