Hi everyone!
I'm a first year grad student, and somehow decided to lose weight when I started grad school and it's actually been working this time! Down 30 pounds already with another 30-40 to go. Being in my own apartment has helped a lot since I'm not dependent on dorm food like I was in college. So does walking a mile to class each morning. I would definitely love to be thinner and hotter, but am really doing this for the future me. Diabetes runs on both sides of the family, as does nasty back arthritis and I'd definitely like to not deal with those if at all possible.
This place seems awesomely supportive! Hope we all keep coming back with good news!
