B - 2 pieces of whole grain toast, natural peanut butter

S - mango

L - cup of vegetarian chili, salad (spinach leaves, cherry tomatoes, edamame, dried cranberries, red pepper rings, mushrooms, carrots, sesame seeds, tofu chunks, broccoli, jicama, pepperocini, sesame oriental dressing on the side)

S - orange

S - tall non fat sugar free latte, almond biscotti

S - baby carrots, yellow pepper strips, sugar snap peas, grape tomatoes

D - naked vegetarian burrito from qdoba - rice, black beans, pico de gallo, red salsa, tons of romaine

Update - well, I didn't have my healthy dinner at Qdoba. My friend wanted to go to Coho's instead. I had 1/2 piece of sourdough bread, seafood chopped salad (lettuce, crab, shrimp, tomato, artichoke hearts, pine nuts, blue cheese, dressing on side), cup of coffee with cream. We split the chocolate molten lava cake dessert - which was absolutely heavenly. It wasn't a huge serving and we didn't finish it, the old me would have had to finish it.

B- half a bagel with cream cheese
L-left over lasagna- basically just noodles, tomatoe sauce, lean ground meat, and mozzarella cheese. (my 14 year old daughter made it last night and didn't use the cottage cheese or an egg, but it was still very tasty)
S- half a zucinni sauteed with some low sodium soy sauce.
D- chicken and brocolli stir fry over a bed of brown and white rice (gonna make them together)

as a side note, i got the chicken and broccolli stir fry from this website and the marinade smelled delicious when i left home today. and i also made a Baked Pumpkin Custard that i got from this website. i unfortuantely had to change some ingrediants because my daughter had used all the splenda and we didn't have any egg beaters. but the point of my story is, the recipe was GOOD!!! but i have one advice on it....cut the ingrediants in half. it said it made 6 muffins. i made 12 and had enough left over to make 12 more!!!!

I had my Pomegranate juice and water while I worked out, and chowed a nutrigrain bar. When I came home I had a veggie hotdog on a whole wheat bun with ketchup and mustard.

For exercise i walked on the treadmill for about 75 minutes and took a Pilates class for the first time. I have a feeling I am going to be a sore puppy tomorrow but ah well.
