Default Anyone have your ethnic foods pt list handy?
I'm at work and don't have my materials, and had a sudden craving for Chinese.

Can someone give me the point values for egg drop soup and steamed dumplings?

Thanks. I need to write this in my journal and will feel unsettled until I do!

OK I think I found it online -

1 cup egg drop soup is 2 pts
4 steamed chicken dumplings is 3 pts

Can anyone verify this from the guide?
