Default Bought a new BIKE yesterday!! ~PICS~

Check out my new toy!

This will be my tool to burn a ton of calories every day!

My controlled diet has led me to loose almost 20 LBS in the past 4 weeks. Now, Im ready to continue with eating right, and also start biking every day. Once I get used to the bike, I will bike to the GYM, and workout, and then bike back.

I did this before, but I did to much too soon, and I didnt keep it off. This time, im doing it smart, a way that I can handle, and im LOVING the results. Eating right and taking care of myself makes me feel great, and I think I am really going to love my new bike. I rode it for 90 minutes tonight and it took me like 30 minutes just to teach myself how to ride a bike again, LOL. Its been so long I was clumsy on it... I remember when I was a PRO...

I know its not the best bike, but its good for a beginner like me. I think some possible upgrades will be sealed bearings, heavy duty chain, and new wheels, or at least 80 spoke upgrade.

18lbs down, 99 more to go!
