Question Don't know if this is the right place....

I picked up Leslie Sansones book Walk away the pounds yesterday at walmart...and a pedometer. The book is like a 6 week program which i am going to start on monday....I think i've seen some people on here mention this program before but I looked and couldn't find anything. It looks like it might be good to get me back on track...anyone have any success with it?? As far as the pedometer....I bought a inexpensive one that doesn't work very well so i will have to spring for a better one soon.

You can certainly discuss it here, but there's also an active thread on Leslie's WATP videos in the Fitness Videos forum. If her book is as good as her videos, you should be successful with it.
