There are lots of opinions about what time of day is best to weigh (morning, evening, before bed), as well as opinions regarding frequency (daily, weekly, monthly... never
). But I can't recall seeing any discussion of the best time of day to measure.
Is there a time of day when one's body is most compact? Is there a time when one is most... fluffy?
I'm not sure whether I want to measure myself fluffy or compact, but I would like to be consistant. I want to measure once a month, figuring it takes at least a month to see any noticable difference. Any thoughts?
