Default Canned chicken?

I have a can of chicken (like tuna), and wondered if it is "approved?" It is 98% fat free Premium chunk white chicken...was going to make chicken salad! Let me know! Thanks!

As long as it is just white meat chicken then it should be fine. I have used it myself.

It probably has a fair amount of salt in it. Can you rinse it?

I use it, it's a good source of protein, as long as it's all white meat. I don't think it has any more salt in it than tuna. I use Tyson brand and it only has 200mg of sodium. It doesn't cause me to feel bloated or like I'm retaining extra water.
