Brenda- remember to stretch! Another method to strengthen your back, and is gentle is yoga. It is so easy on the body, and gets you into an unbelieveable flexable condition. It doesn't matter what size you are. Yoga really is for everyone!
Glad your going to get moving. I really have been feeling better since getting of my bum and doing something.
Speaking of such - my accountability today: 3.5 miles on the track and then the other arrands that probably had me walking another 1/2 mile. So, I might be able to say 4 miles.
Now I have to go back out to Petco and the library because I forgot to while I was out. Shesh. I'm pooped.
