Default Doms?

I'm sitting here this morning not able to wait until my wlifting session this afternoon! Oh, my legs are achy/crampy feeling. Not sore but feeling sluggish like they just can't wait to do some quad and glutes work!!! What is this sensation? Every tells me lactic acid, but it's been since Sunday morning that I did weights, shouldn't the l/a be all out now? I think this is something else. I call it my muscles craving a workout, bc when I'm done, they are all happy! Until another 48 hrs. has passed! Anyone know what it is?

It's not lactic acid after a few days. Unless your legs are acutely sore, I wouldn't worry about it, and go ahead with your workout.

I have sciatica where my hamstrings seize up. If I miss a workout, they get worse than when I actually do the exercises.

Once you subconsciously catch on that you will be challenging yourself, I think your body craves it. Not scientific, but rewarding.
