Default Cauliflower poppers! So Good!

I made a WW recipe that was soo good last night. It goes as follows:

1 small head cauliflower-cut or broken into grape size peices
1/2 tsp of each of the following:
ground cumin, chili powder, salt, fresh ground pepper

The recipe doesn't call for it but I also sprinkled with garlic powder. Mix spices together and combine with cauliflower in a bowl. Toss until coated. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam and spread the cauliflower evenly. Heat the oven to 400 F and cook for about 10 minutes...Until cooked but not mushy. I served these with cajun salmon and they are oh so tasty. I think I may try them next time with a garlic herb flair. Try them! They are 0 points and full of flavor. I think the serving size is 1/2 cup, but you can have more. Enjoy.

Me too!

I love cauliflower.

Another favorite thing I like to do is make mashed cauliflower. I'll cut up a whole head and boil it until it's tender, then just like you do with mashed potatoes, use a hand blender to whip them up with a little bit of skim milk and fat-free butter spray.

Tastes very similar to mashed potatoes.

Mmm...that sounds good too. I bet you could use a little fat free cream cheese too to make it creamy.
