Default Thin4Life - July 23/01

Good morning everyone and welcome to a brand new week. We had a glorious weekend weather-wise; sunshine and low humidity so the high temps weren't even a problem.

My eating over the weekend wasn't great. More importantly, I didn't exercise for three days in a row, so I was happy to get out for a run this morning before work. I feel so much better and in control when I get a good workout!

I did not go for weigh-in on Saturday morning. I know, I should have gone, taken the hit and moved on, but I convinced myself that I have one full week before the end of July and I can drop 2 lbs. and be within range. I hope that doesn't backfire.

I have been somewhat concerned that I'm sliding backwards into old eating habits, so I've decided to shake things up this week. I am determined to eat at the low end of my points range, to allow myself to feel hungry again. I have no intention of ever going back to the way things were.

How is everyone? lalala, Melissa, LM, AustinGal, ktmarie - what's up this week?
