Lunch: Eggbeater omelet with avocado, turkey sausage (points), mushrooms and salsa; a cup of fresh fruit salad
Dinner: Pork Chop, Sweet potato with smart balance (points), cauliflower with smart balance (points), and 1/2 cup homemade chunky applesauce
