You are asking far too much of yourself
Five pounds in one week is not realistic. You might drop that the first week or so if you have a lot of weight to lose, but a healthy and long-term weight loss is more like one to two pounds a week. Some weeks I don't lose anything -- it's very slow; I weigh between 145 and 150 right now, but am exercising, so my clothing fits better. We would all love to be able to lose five pounds a week, but unfortunately, that's not feasible for most people.
