Mine is chocolate, I try and ration it. Somtimes I can manage weeks without it, other weeks I need it all the time!! I like Quakers Seasons for a crisp craving, makes a change from the Snack a Jacks!

Oh and by the way welcome!!!

Hey, Im from east london, my problem is anything I crave, but most of all chocolate. But I found as time went on after not eating for a while my cravings got better and I can have a choc bar without thinking MUST HAVE MORE!
Snack-a-jacks if tried em and wasnt luvin em.
apparently (I think I remember this right) you can bake slies of kale and it aparently tastes very simular to crisps, maybe that will help?

Maybe i should give that a go , ive also heard you can bake sweet potato and eat them like crisps just not sure if its gonna have the same appeal lol.

It weird with chocolate i can take it or leave it but a lot of the time i crave something savory , hence the crisps but i try to have marmite on toast to curb that but eating bread all the time preoberly doesnt help , im just not sure what i should do next.

I write it all down , i try to stay away from the bad stuff any other ideas.

Oh and i dont get no exercise hardly so ive decided im gonna make a CD of all the songs with dance routines I.E , Macarena , saturday night , cha cha slide etc and im gonna do them back to back for 30 mins each day at least i will be getting some exercise.

Teresa

I think i have a plan haha

cool, that toast isnt such a gd idea apparently.
When I joined upto the gym the woman helping me with a plan told be that women tend to find it more difficult if they eat bread or more than two slices a day. and those should preferably not be in the evening.
Just another tip I picked up
