Hi everyone, I'm just checking in to the new challenge. I am still at 233. I have'nt reweighed myself. I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow. Hoping to see atleast a 1lb loss, for my eating this last week was not good. I have managed to overcome my cravings during my TOM, but last week was almost unbearable. I didn't eat chocolate like I would of normally, but I munched alot which I tried not to because I don't want to regain what I have lost.
My goal for spring fling is to comsume 32-48oz of water daily ( this has been hard), and to go to curves 2x/wk along w/personal training sessions(I've kept up with this faithfully). This will give me 180minutes/wk.
My wt goal is to finally see 225. I don't want to stretch my goal to far ahead of me, but far enough for me to stretch ahead to reach.
