Default Favorite protein shake combos?

I bought some Decadant Whey protein powder yesterday and it is suprisingly yummy .
I use it as a mean replacement because I have a 3.5 year old and a 3 month old and most days i don't have time to eat!.

I just made this combo and it is delish!

1 scoop French Vanilla Whey powder
1 cup Milk
1/4 banana
and 1 teaspoon of Nestle's chocolate caramel syrup.

Blended it all together in my blender and OMG is it deeeeeeeelish!.. tastes just like a milkshake.. mmmm

Default Protein Shake

I have an RTD-51 protein shake for breakfast. It's 240 calories (the same as the bagel I WAS having for breakfast) but only 5g net carbs, and has 51g protein, and only 1g of fat. It's also got a load of vitamins and stuff. I think it has really helped me get over my "lack of protein" plateau, and has got me making gains in strength doing weight-training again. It says on the bottom "Do not use for weight reduction" which I find odd... unless they mean "This stuff isn't slimfast - eat real food too." (But if you look at slimfast, it's all sugar and leaves you hungry).

I just use it as a replacement for breakfast. I'm a horrible breakfast eater anyway, as I not only don't know where to start, but I'm allergic to eggs, toast is too much sugar, I'm not a breakfast eater and... I just can't find any quality breakfast food that's easy to grab and go. So I figured I'd try this. They're very yummy, and so far, it hasn't hurt (but perhaps helped) my weight-loss by filling out all the vitamins, protein, and nutrients I wasn't getting on my own.

I think a protein shake is better than no breakfast at all. I'm a breakfast girl, I get up, I shower, I eat!

I use chocolate whey protein powder currently, but might switch to vanilla when I run out, just for a change. I usually whack a banana and some skimmed milk, or sometimes strawberries and half a banana. Very yummy!!!
