Default Activity Points

I know on the WW flex program you can use your activity points for more food. Does it work the same way on the core?

I have never counted APs, even when I was doing flex. Too much to keep up with! I think the way it works on core is you can use AP's if you need more than the 35 allotted WPA.
Katie, APs are hard to figure out if you don't have the slider they give you in meetings or if you don't have online WW access.
Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, or give you better answers!

Melissa's right. Either you need the slider or access to the online tools to figure the points. There's hardly any other way.

Thanks guys! I have counted the points when I have done the flex plan, but I was not sure if I could count them on the core plan.
