The entire recipe makes a batter with 9169.6 calories, 260.7 grams fat, and 122.9 grams fiber. 1 cup oil
4 eggs
5 teaspoons baking soda
4 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tsp salt
17 oz applesauce
5 cups flour
1 quart buttermilk

Bake at 400 degrees for 16-18 minutes.
I don't know how many muffins this makes, but you're
supposed to be able to keep the dough in the refrigerator
and just take out what you need in the morning. I know it
