The main ingredient is not whole wheat flour which is a problem. It also looks like the cheese is not reduced fat. I'd leave them alone.

Kyemom, as a special treat, we enjoy the regular flavor TLC crackers. Their main ingredient is the "Kashi Seven Whole Grains & Sesame™ Flour (Whole: Oats, Hard Red Winter Wheat, Rye, Long Grain Brown Rice, Triticale, Barley, Buckwheat, Sesame Seeds)" mentioned in your list of ingredients, so it seems more SBD-friendly.

If you are dying for cheese crackers, try Annie's Homegrown Whole Wheat Cheddar Bunnies (crackers). They are delicious, small, and SBD-safe. Here's the info: http://www.annies.com/images/nutfact..._WWbunnies.gif

Ingredients: Certified organic whole wheat flour, certified organic wheat flour, expeller pressed safflower oil, salt, certified organic cheddar cheese (certified organic cultured pasteurized milk, salt, ensymes), yeast extract, certified organic whey, spice, onion powder, yeast.

They have 6g fat, 0.5 g of which is saturated. They have no trans fats. And they are TASTY! They are bunny shaped and small, and a serving size is 7, so it's not a huge snack, but they really are delicious and should get rid of that cheese cracker craving.

Enjoy!
