I stink at long term goals. So I'm going to take this a day at a time. Anyone else want to join on a daily goal??
My goal for Monday is:
64 OZ of water.
Induction
the dreaded "E" word (exercise).
I realised there's really not a GOOD day for me to quit drinking soda. I can find every reason in the book that I have to KEEP drinking it. Girl Scout meeting, band concert, etc. There's always SOME reason I don't want to have the headache it'll bring. When the 3 bottles are gone in the fridge THAT IS IT!! So that's another goal. To be soda-free!!!
My goal for tomorrow will probably be the same..but I want to see if these day-to-day goals help me.
I discovered cocoa cola zero over the weekend OMG its like the real thing, and I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, its gone, and I have 1/2 a bottle of (1 litre) of caf free sf diet pepsi....I'll save it for sunday. Then thats it too for me.
Goals for today.
1. get all my water in
2. stay on plan ALL day
3. get my workout in

My goal for the week is just to eat and get well. I have a terrible head cold, I feel like a truck ran over me, and I miss my gym. I can't breathe, let alone eat. I think it's going to be a protein shake kind of week.
Daily goals? I guess my daily goal is about the same as it always is. Keep the carbs low. Eat some veggys, as well as high protein food. But today it would also include DON'T learn where I had the kids hide the brownies.
