I’m a new. I’ve been on and off weight watchers for a few years now, and this is the second time doing core. The first time I did core it was great, but I’m not much of a cook so it didn’t last long. I’m still not great at cooking, but I have a wonderful mom who makes me frozen core meals. I’m a college student and most of my meals are heated up in the microwave on campus. So far I’m -3, and I weigh in again later on today.
I really hope that joining this board will give me support through out the week, and help with finding new foods to eat.
