Thanks very much!

And for cryin' out loud, could someone come over and take these Russell Stover SF Mint Patties away from me? They are too addicting, and I have three packages of them.

Katpo,
THrow those patties out!!!!!! And good luck to you, I know you can do this.
Here's me:
breakfast: oatmeal w/applesauce and ffmilk
lunch: chicken thigh and couscous
dinner: pork chop and potato and veggie (maybe spinach)
snack: popcorn if I need it, banana, apple and diet cocoa
Good luck to us all! Writing it down is half the battle. I like to commit and then not think about it again.

Egads, send some good wishes to me. I regained 7 real pounds over Christmas which was half of what I had lost, and I'm having a miserable time knocking them off again.
to us all!!!!

Actually go ahead and eat all the patties - enjoy them - check the ingredients tho - cuz if they have maltitol in them - you will be spending the rest of the evening near the washroom! At least that's what happens to me - and trust me this is a HUGE DETERRENT to overeating that stuff!

Good luck!

MALITOL!!!!!!! Who said that dangerous and scary word? BEWARE!!!!!!

Actually, the WW SF mint patties are fabulous. These might be different than what Kathy was eating. They are one point a piece and covered in very good dark chocolate. I hate to sound like a commericial but I have them in my house whenever the chocolate demon strikes. As long as you eat no more than the serving size, you're ok. Knowing they have malitol in them keeps me under control.

I just got 3 free bags from them because one of the little individually wrapped bags came empty. When I complained they sent me some free! I was very nice about it because she switched from sending me 1 back to 3. I begged her to make more WW with dark chocolate because it's that good.

I could eat a tub of malitol and it wouldn't bother me. I have a cast-iron digestive tract, I guess. Lucky me, huh?

Yeah, you're lucky but in my case it's the fear that keeps me in control!
