Default How many points?

I am sure this has been asked before, but I could not find the answer. How do you know how many points you are allowed for the day?

That is copyright information and can be obtained by purchasing the program 1 of 3 ways:

1) join meetings then it is in your week 1 book and in all your journals
2) join online where it is provided in your MY PLAN and your POINTS TRACKER
3) purchase the at home package in which like iwth meetings it is in your week 1 book and all the journals they give.

there is a "sticky" on WW Points and other issues board. General info on points! it is all there
It is copyrighted but the formula is part of public domain through the patent office!

Hope that helps!

Also, some WW published cookbooks have the information at the front of the book. I recently purchased a nice spiral-bound WW cookbook that had everything you need to know in the first chapter, before the recipes.
