Default Getting Back on Track

Hi Ladies. I have my family visiting me this weekend and I really blew it. I started off the weekend counting points, but, somehow totally forgot about it. IT is amazing how easy it is to get off track. I think the weekends are the hardest for me. I am going to get on track starting tomorrow.

Default Weekends can be hard

I think the lack of structure can make it tough. I don't generally like to pre-plan and journal the next day's meals, but that helps me out on a Saturday. I can check the journal and already know I'm having Chex cereal, banana and skim for breakfast; bean burrito for lunch, whatever. Less to plan, less chance of overeating.

Thanks!

Elana, I'm actually going to take your advice also and pre-plan my food for the next couple of days. I'm in a rut.
