Wow, I'm getting repetitive, but here goes:
breakfast:
coffee w/ skim, splenda
Oatmeal w/ skim, stevia, raspberries, 1t canola
snacks:
banana
1/8 c nuts (2pts)
Lunch:
Quinoa, roasted pepper/squash, lamb
Milk Chocolate square (0.5pt)
afternoon snacks:
sf caramel (0.5 pt)
ff yogurt w/ raspberries
Dinner:
Taco salad (bed of lettuce, topped with cooked, drained, & seasoned 93% lean ground beef) with spicy ranch (4pt! should have bought fat free!)
FF SF chocolate pudding
