(Calories/50) + (fat grams/12) - (fiber grams/5 <Capped at gms>) = points

690 / 50 = 13.8

14 /12 = 1.2

9 <capped at 4> / 5 = .8

13.8 + 1.2 - .8 = 14.2 round down to 14 points

Just an easy way ... if something doesn't fit within the slider - cut it in half. For example, you can only could 4 grams (you said it had 9) - so start with that. The calories are almost 700 - half of that is 350 (which is easily on the slider). Then half of the 14 fat grams (7). When it is figured on the slider it would be 7 points for half of the meal - and 14 for the whole thing.

That way, if you only want to spend 7 - ask for the box (with the nutritional information) put half of it away before you start eating and there you go. And ... you already know the rest of the meal is 7 points for another day (and if you want a little more, you know it will be about 3-4 points for half of what is left!) It is all a game, but a tough challenge at times.

Anyway - hope that helped!
