The slim in 6 dvd is awesome.....it's both cardio and resistance bands. I have yet to try the power 90, but have seen results with the slim in 6. The slim in 6 has cardio for the first 20 minutes and then lunges and squats for 10 or 15 minutes and then resistance bands and crunches for the last 17 minutes or so.
It was quite hard to begin with....I could not finish the workout, but by the end of the first week I could finish the 1st workout.
