Working out after Injury
I broke my ankle a couple of weeks ago, and haven't been able to do much exercise. I have, however, been able to do my Pilates for Dummies tape without much difficulty, but I am not challenged enough by it. I ordered Winsor Pilates today (the set with the toning circle) and hope that by the time it gets here in a few weeks, I will be able to do it without trouble. Is it low-impact enough to use after an injury, and have any of you seen results with it? Thanks girls!
