Default Is it not for me?

Well, day one of phase two was a complete mess! I had lost a little weight and was over my cravings for the most part, then I had an apple and two hours later all **** broke loose in a massive (and i mean MASSIVE) carb binge.

the thing is, I feel guilty, yet fulfilled. Even though this may undo what I have done in the past two weeks. Does this mean that maybe the south beach isn't for me, or am I just doing something wrong?

You need to figure out what sets off cravings for you. Maybe you aren't able to eat apples. What I often do is eat an apple with a little peanut butter. It keeps me from having the cravings.

Hey, I just started Phase 2 also and the cravings are back...but wierd. I don't really care about bread or fruit...give me chocolate!! And coffee sets off intense sugar cravings, it's terrible. Every day is a struggle now, where as Phase 1 wasn't nearly as hard.
