I'm going out to lunch with my Mom today. It's to Chinese food of all things.
I really like Szechuan Broccoli and assume a vegetarian dish "might" be the best choice. I've never made this, don't know what the sauce is made of. I'm somewhat new to counting calories. Does anyone know roughly how many calories are in 1 cup of this dish? There's about 3-4 cups of broccoli on the plate when you are served. I know the sauce is where the bulk of the calories will come from, just don't know how to figure it. TIA!
